Gable Box

After my unpleasant trip to the grocery store this morning, I was looking forward to some nice creative time. The store was crowded, several shoppers were rude, then I stepped in gum on my way out........oh well, all is well now. I made this cute little gable box for the Stamps & Smiles Project Tuesday Challenge. It was designed to hold the bird socks that I bought for one of my dd's. I like to send little goodies now and then, and this box is the perfect size.

The cardstock is WorldWin, the dp Basic Grey, ribbon by May Arts, and the stamps are from EK Success. I cut out an extra bird, colored the little pink flowers with a Spica pen, then popped it up on dimensionals.

I'm working on a card from the Mojo Monday blog, and hope to have it finished tomorrow. I'm really enjoying following these challenges, and highly recommend it.

Have a good evening!

  1. You are very creative! I love working on crafts, too but I never had much time. Personalized greeting cards are very nice.
