Project Tuesday - Joy Fold Card

I joined in on this week's Project Tuesday by making a square version of a Joy Fold Card. There is a great video tutorial linked to the PT Blog. The little blue bird comes from Cheep Talk, and the branch is one of components of the new Large Bird Punch in the latest Occasions Mini. I used Delicate Dots DSP which is now retired. I've had a whole bag of daisies by Martha Stewart for ages...this is the first one I've used. I stitched the edges with my Janome, then added the silver brads to hide the crooked corners. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't add the brads. The sentiment inside is Happy Bird Day. I need a masculine birthday card so I plan on making another one in the standard A2 rectangle size.

Enjoy the rest of your "Hump Day". Thank you for stopping by!
