Here's an easy Easter treat for you. The bags are already cone shaped, but are pretty large so I just cut them down by 3 inches. I got them in the party section of Hobby Lobby. The Gumball Green tops are 3 inch by 4 inch strips with Sticky Strip on the bottom, then cut into strips. You could use our new Fringe Scissors to make it even easier. Don't forget that Gumball Green is retiring at the end of May. I used the Angled Tag Topper Punch for the tags.
