I made it with a 6" x 6" piece of Designer Series Paper. The sentiments are from the Spooky Cat Stamp Set. I simply punched it out with the matching, new Everyday Label Punch. I added it to an oval from the Layering Ovals Set. The 5/8 Burlap Ribbon, and Black Rhinestone Jewels were perfect as finishing touches.
