The base of these pads is an acrylic 4" x 6" frame that you can find almost anywhere. I bought mine at Walmart because they were only .96 cents. I found the sticky note pads at Dollar Tree. Each pad was big enough to divide in half.
These are such quick, and economical little gifts to give. I figured the cost was just below $3, and everyone could use a note pad.
