Hello, and welcome! Today I have a great gift card holder made with a piece of 5 1/2" x 12" piece of designer paper. I used the pretty Happiness Blooms for this card. Check out the Call Me Clover stitched pointed pieces on the front of the card. We're getting a new set of dies called Stitched Nested Labels when the new catalog comes out June 4, 2019. It is a set of 9 dies. I cut one in half to layer behind the oval, and it looks great!
To make this card, score a piece of 5 1/2" x 12" piece of designer paper at 4", and 8". Fold the lower right hand corner in diagonally, then up to the middle section to form the pocket. Use a piece of Tear 'N Tape on the lower left hand side to secure the pocket in place.
The inside Night of Navy layer is 5 1/4" x 3 3/4", and the Whisper White layer is 5" x 3 1/2". Stamp the Whisper White layer before gluing it down. I used a couple of stamps from A Big Thank You on the inside panel, and the Thank You Die on the outside. It is mounted on one of the Layering Ovals cut in Night of Navy. I finished the card off by adding two Night of Navy Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots on the outside corners, and one Call Me Clover dot to the flower on the inside. I had a small piece of 2018-2020 In Color Paper to decorate the envelope. This makes a great gift!
