Stampin' Up! Tasty Trucks

Happy Friday! I simply couldn't resist using the retired Sale.A.Bration Tasty Truck Stamp Set. I have been wanting to make the little 3-D truck for a long time, and finally took the time to do it. How about the super cute Washi Tape strips?! Perfect right?! My friend, Lisa gave them to me back in April when we met in Lafayette, Louisiana for OnStage. Then a couple of weeks ago, I found a package of sticky notes at Walmart that included the taco image you see in the card. I just stamped the sentiment on it, pulled it off, then mounted it on one of the ovals from our Stitched Shapes Framelits Set. So easy, but so cute! I found a video on You Tube for the truck. There are several.

I made a second truck to hold the other two note pads. The second pad was a hot dog, and third a slice of pizza. This was a fun project for me. I hope you will take the time to create something that you've been wanting to make!

Have a great weekend!

Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration Tasty Trucks Card

Happy Monday! We only have 4 more days in March, then Sale-A-Bration is over. The cute Tasty Trucks Stamp Set is one of my favorite FREE items. I made this one in one of our current In Color's called Sweet Sugarplum. I made the matching envelope with a sheet from the 2016-2018 In Color Envelope Paper Pack along with our Envelope Punch Board.

I didn't do too much coloring on the truck, as I wanted to keep it fairly simple. I used our Stampin' Write Markers. I embossed the white mat first using the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder, then I stamped the tiny ice cream cone over the dots. I used Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, and Sweet Sugarplum.

Here are the other supplies that I used:

Stampin' Up! New Tasty Trucks Plus Paper Pumpkin

Hello! Today is a good day to talk about Paper Pumpkin. The name is just fun in itself, I think. Paper Pumpkin is an all inclusive monthly kit program by Stampin' Up! It comes in the mail, packed in a red box with all the supplies you need to complete the contents. The projects are a surprise, and vary from cards to mini scrapbooks, and more wonderful papercrafting projects. All you need is a pair of scissors, and some adhesives ( even those are included most of the time). If you want to change up the project, and use your imagination, the sky is the limit. You usually have leftovers each month, along with marvelous stamps to use over, and over again. At $20 per month, you can't go wrong. That even includes shipping, and handling. But wait...since it's Sale-A-Bration, our three month Paper Pumpkin prepaid kits are on sale for $55. That even qualifies you to choose an item from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. I used one of the FREE selections called Tasty Trucks on the card above. The rest of the supplies are leftovers from my June Banner Surprise Paper Pumpkin Kit.
