Lasting Memories Challenge Pages

I've been doing a bit of scrap booking for my niece lately, and fellow Project Tuesday DT member, Karen, hosts scrap booking challenges, so I decided to enter these pages. The Lasting Memories Challenge this week was to go "out of the box", and do something that you've never done before. I used my Gypsy for the very first time, along with my Make The Cut software, and I hand made the little band aid. I like the way they turned out, and know my niece will to. I have a few more pages to show you, but the pictures just didn't turn out very good. I still need to figure a better way to photograph SB pages. These two came out okay, but I could use some tips. I'll just keep on keeping on, as they say. Thank you for stopping by!

  1. This is super cute! I love how you did the numbers ending in High 5! Adorable! Thanks for playinga t Lasting Memories!! Hope to see you again and again!

  2. Hi Jean! I love this. What a neat idea with the numbers and you did awesome with that band aid! Thanks for playing along with us this week at Lasting Memories. Your niece will love this!

For my SB pages, I bought a little easel, I think at the dollar store? I use that. They still look a little off kilter sometimes, so I just straighten them in my edit software. Another idea, lay them on the floor and look down at them and snap away. I do that right in front of my door where there's lots of light so I don't have to use a flash. Hope this helps!

  3. oh you are good!!! i have fabulous pictures of jade and they sit on my computer!!! keep me away from those darn computer files already!!! lol

    super fabulous pages!!!

    hugs :)
