I made this beautiful card this past weekend at the North Carolina Stampin' Up! Demonstrators Meeting. It was designed by Carol Snow, and taught by her daughter, Cheryl Snow. We did 6 different projects during the event, and I also did a card swap, so I have a lot to share with you.
The pretty designer paper is called Foil Frenzy. I never paid much attention to it until now. It is just gorgeous. The stamp set is Happy Birthday Gorgeous. It was so easy to put together, but you'd never know it by looking at it.
