Here's the recipe that I've posted about. It came from my stamping friend Vivian. I don't know what it's called, but it's delicious...here goes:
Top 4 boneless chicken breasts with sliced Monterrey Jack Cheese
Add 1 can chicken broth
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (I used Cream of Chicken and Mushroom)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
Pour 1 cup melted butter over the top
Cook in crockpot for 3-4 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low
I also lined my crockpot with a cooking bag made specifically for crockpots, so the clean up was a breeze. Enjoy!
