Hi crafty friends! š
Today, I’m excited to share a sweet and simple handmade card that came together beautifully using a few of my favorite Stampin’ Up! products: the Everyday Arches Dies, Sunrise Sailing Bundle, and the stunning Everyday Skies 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.
š Card Details:
This A2-sized card (4.25" x 5.5") features a soft nautical vibe that’s perfect for sending encouragement or a little sunshine to someone’s day.
Here’s what I used:
Card Base: Highland Heather cardstock
Mat Layer: Blueberry Bushel cardstock
Designer Series Paper: Everyday Skies 6” x 6” DSP
Dies & Stamps: Everyday Arches Dies + Sunrise Sailing Bundle
Ink: Blueberry Bushel
I stamped my sentiment directly onto the designer series paper using Blueberry Bushel Ink. I love how the ink pops against the subtle sky background of the DSP. The sailboat and mat layer are also cut from Blueberry Bushel cardstock, tying everything together with a bold, coordinated look.
✂️ A Little Bonus:
There was just enough of that lovely DSP left to create a matching envelope —because who doesn’t love a little extra touch of happy in their mailbox? It’s a simple way to elevate the overall presentation and use up those beautiful paper scraps.
š” Crafting Tip:
When stamping directly onto patterned paper, make sure to test your sentiment placement first. I used a stamping platform to ensure crisp alignment and even pressure.
šØ Why I Love This Combo:
The contrast between Highland Heather and Blueberry Bushel creates such a calming yet vibrant look. The arches bring a sense of structure, while the sailboat adds movement and serenity. It’s the perfect pairing of dies, stamps, and paper—quick to make but full of impact!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope this project inspires you to combine your dies, stamps, and paper stash in new ways. Leave a comment if you’d like to see a tutorial or supply list breakdown!
Happy stamping! ✨
