Hello, and welcome! I used our Above The Clouds Stamp Set for today's card. It has a coordinating Balloon Punch. The stamp set, and the punch come in a bundle to save you 10%.
I used my Aqua Painter to create a watercolor wash for the background in Flirty Flamingo. I posted a short how to video on my Facebook Page. You can watch the video right here on this page by clicking on it under my Facebook Page name.
The balloons are also colored using the watercolor wash technique. I like the soft effect it gives. I stamped the clouds directly on one of the Nested Labels. It's mounted on the background on Stampin' Dimensionals. The little heart on the middle balloon is one of the dies from the Stitched Labels set. It was really a fun card to make.
