Project Tuesday Luminaria

Hello, and welcome to my blog for another fun Project Tuesday. Being in the sunny Southwest most of my life, I remember many a Christmas Eve with traditional luminaries made out of brown paper bags, and putting sand in the bottom. It was fun to make one any style I chose. I made this one with my new Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge in mind. It's for my grand nephew who turns four next week.
