Toil & Trouble Halloween Card

Here's a spooky card for you on this beautiful day. Take a close look at the background, as I have made it even more creepy looking by adding blotches from our Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set. I also tore apart some of the new Burlap Ribbon to add some wisps behind the frame.
