Snowflake Dangling Card

Today's card was inspired by fellow demonstrator Connie Stewart. It was also one of my Online Stamp Club's projects. You could follow suit with this card by making it any theme. I chose snowflakes because of my hostess this month. She really likes them, so this card was great for her.
