Less than one week before Halloween...crazy! I have used our Cookie Cutter Halloween Stamp Set, and matching punch more than ever. I love the set. I have the Christmas set as well, and anticipate using that one just as much. It's so quick and easy to make cute creations. This little treat holder holds a mini Hershey Candy Bar. It's the perfect size for littles. I simply made a little pouch out of Pumpkin Pie Card Stock. The banners are scraps from our Halloween Night Designer Series Paper. I punched the ends with the Banner Triple Punch. It cuts banner in 1", 1-1/2", and 2" widths. You can also cut sizes between those by centering your strip in the punch. I still have some glitter Washi Tape left from last year's Sale.A.Bration, so I used it to hold the bottom closed.
