Hello, and welcome! I first saw these fabulous Tea Light Holders on my friend, and Stampin' Up! Sideline's page, Leslie Benson. I looked on You Tube, and found several tutorials, and really liked the ease of the one's shown HERE. She has a link attached for a template. They are so cute, and very easy to make.
You can get the wine glasses at Wal Mart for $0.96. Dollar Tree also has them. I used a piece of Designer Series Paper from Parisian Blossoms along with the matching Petal Pink Metallic-Edge Ribbon for the one on top. The second picture down uses a piece of From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper. The Gingham ribbon is from Dollar Tree. The battery power Tea Lights are from Dollar Tree as well. Don't use regular Tea Light Candles!
