DOUBLE EMBOSSED BIRTHDAY CARD

Happy February! I created today's card with a piece of paper from the Paper Bloom Designer Series Paper pack. It is a FREE Sale A Bration selection. The sentiment is from the Delicate Petals Stamp Set. I double embossed the designer paper. This month I will feature new techniques and tips showcasing Embossing Folders. 

The first step is heat embossing, and the second is dry embossing with an embossing folder. Start by covering your paper, or card stock with Versa Mark Ink. Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the whole piece, then heat set it. After it is cool, run the embossed layer through your machine with any embossing folder. It's easy, fun, and oh so pretty. I will be making a You Tube Video showing this technique real soon so stay tuned.
