I have one last project to share using the Joseph's Coat Technique. I've been featuring this technique all month long. I used the Friends Are Like Seashells Stamp Set for this one.
The first step is creating the image layer by adding color patterns to a piece of card stock. I used regular Whisper White Card Stock measuring 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I have all the directions to create the Joseph's Coat Technique on the blog post HERE.
