Mini Slimline Z-Fold Card for an Instagram Hop

For my recent Instagram Hop, I created a fun and festive Mini Slimline Z-Fold Card—and I just love how much impact these little cards make!

Mini Slimline cards can be made in a variety of sizes. Most are created from a 6" x 6" card base folded in half to make a 6" x 3" card. Another common size is 6" x 3 1/4". For my project, I chose to make a Z-Fold style card.

Card Measurements:

• Card Stock: 3" x 12" White Willow Card Stock

• Score at: 3" and 6"

• Finished (closed) size: 6" x 3"

The Z-Fold adds a fun interactive element while still keeping that sleek mini slimline look.

Supplies I Used:

• Easter Basket Bundle

• Easter Joy Designer Series Paper

• Stylish Shapes Dies (for the square die cuts)

The patterned paper and layered square dies really help create dimension and visual interest on the narrow card front.

Envelope Options

Mini Slimline cards fit several envelope sizes. I used:

• 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" (#15 Coin Envelope)

• They also fit in 3 5/8" x 6 1/2" standard envelopes

I purchased my envelopes from Dollar Tree for just $1.25. Of course, you can always create your own custom envelope to perfectly match your card design!
