It’s time for another fun Craft Roulette challenge! Episode 333 brought us a 4" x 6" card, and this week’s prompts were:
- Project: 4" x 6" Card
- Colors: Buffet
- Element: Holiday
- Random: Bark
I decided to make a Christmas card for my grandson, whose nickname is Moose. That made my retired Merry Moose Stamp Set and Moose Punch the perfect choice! I originally purchased these products for him, and even though they’re retired, I’m definitely keeping them around for cards for my favorite Moose. 🫎
For the Buffet colors, I went with a Christmas dinner theme—Turkey, Cranberries, and Green Beans! And for the Holiday element, Christmas was an easy choice.
Our guest, Chelsie Comber, challenged us to use three of something, so I added three red, foiled stars to my card. The stars, along with the sentiments, are from the new Magical Christmas Hot Foil Dies, which will be available September 1st. I love the little bit of shine they add!
The Bark prompt was a fun one, too. The pine trees have bark, so I think that counts! 😉 The Peaceful Pine Designer Series Paper from the Gingham Gallery pack worked perfectly with the Christmas and woodland theme.
I really enjoy seeing how everyone interprets the Craft Roulette prompts. There are always so many creative ideas and completely different takes on the same four challenges!
Want to join the fun? Come hang out with us in the Craft Roulette Chatterbox on Fridays at 7:10 Eastern Time. I’d love to see what you come up with!
Here's my latest submission on Youtube:
