This little cover was made with the fabulous Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I saw it on Pinterest, and happened to have many of the mini Post It Notes. The Quatrefancy Specialty DSP matched the bright yellow pads perfectly. Just a couple of score lines, a couple of embellishments, and I had a cute little note pad small enough to slip into a purse. So easy and cute.
