Stampin' Up! Swirly Scribbles Flag Card



Hello Everyone, and happy Fourth of July! Today's Flag Card was created with one of the dies from the Stampin' Up! Swirly Scribbles Thinlets Die set. Not only was it easy, but also, it can be used for other patriotic holidays as well. Celebrate the Fourth!

 I cut out the Night of Navy star base by hand. The stars were punched using the Tiny Accents Star that is retired.
