Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a wonderful little project that was easy to put together. I used a scrap piece from the the beautiful Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper to cover the front of the Pressed Petals Journal. The journal is on the retiring list, and won't be available in the new catalog that goes live June 3, 2020. Retiring products are only available while supplies last so don't miss out.
I stamped the Grateful sentiment using Crumb Cake on a scrap of Whisper White. The stamp is from the Ornate Thanks set, and actually says So Grateful. I masked off the word So because it was too large for my project. I stamped the rose from To A Wild Rose on Terracotta Tile Card Stock using Early Espresso Ink. I used the matching die set to cut it out. There are snippets of several new ribbons on the journal including Bumblebee Gingham, Bumblebee Woven, and Just Jade. I also added one of the tassles from the Best Dressed Suite. They are retiring also. I finished up my project with a couple of Gilded Gems.
