Happy Halloween

October 31st...Happy Halloween! I hope you all have a day full of spooky fun. Here's one last project that I made using products from our Spooky Night Suite. I already had several pumpkins and cats punched out and ready to go so I layered them on the retired Spider Web Doily. I made the pillow box with the Square Pillow Box Thinlits Set. It is also retired. Now it's time to retire the cute cat for Halloween, but keep using it for many other projects.

Happy Friday The 13th!

Hello, and happy Friday the 13th! I had to show you a black cat today of all days. This one will not bring you bad luck, I guarantee. This four panel easel card was made by Teresa Buchholz. Her's was the winning fancy fold card at our North Carolina Stampin' Up! Demos Quarterly event last month. She also gave me one so that I could give it a try one of these days. It's fabulous! Thank you Teresa!

She used products from the Spooky Night Suite. It doesn't look like the card will be too hard to replicate, so I'm going to give it a try. I will let you know when I get it right.

Spooky Night Halloween Cards

Hello, and welcome. I created this Halloween card with products from the Spooky Night Suite. This suite has cats, owls, and more designed for spooky fun! I have used all the coordinating products quite a bit, and will try to wrap up my Halloween projects this week. Enjoy!

Spooky Gatefold Halloween Card

I used the Spooky Cat Stamp Set, along with the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper for this card. It's a Gatefold Card. I stamped the owl directly on one of the panels from the paper set. The sentiment will fit directly on the owl, and has the eyes on it, but I just wanted the words. To do that, I inked up the image then added a sticky note to the designer paper where the eyes were. Omitting things like that open you up to more possibilities.

The Basic Black 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon is so pretty. It sparkles like glitter, and really adds a nice touch. I also added two of the new Black Rhinestones to her eyes...so cute! Speaking of the Black Rhinestones:

Here I am at it again with the Spooky Night Suite products. I got the idea straight from the new Holiday Catalog on page 52. I changed it up just a bit, but the projects were still quick & easy.

I knew I wanted to make something to match my Watts of Occasions 3 X 3 card, and the Clear Tiny Treat Boxes were just the right match. They come in a package of 16 for $7.50, and measure approximately 2" all around. Sweet, and easy!

Spooky Night Treat Pouch

Happy September! The Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog is now live. See it HERE. It is full of wonderful new products, and ideas. I have a simple diaper fold treat pouch for you today. I made it with a 6" x 6" piece of Designer Series Paper. The sentiments are from the Spooky Cat Stamp Set. I simply punched it out with the matching, new Everyday Label Punch. I added it to an oval from the Layering Ovals Set. The 5/8 Burlap Ribbon, and Black Rhinestone Jewels were perfect as finishing touches.
