Easy Note Pad Gift

 Here's an easy Note Pad gift that can be personalized for anyone! These make great gifts, and can be made in under 20 minutes. I plan on having some on hand as well as making a few for myself.

I purchased several of the Junior Legal Pads at Walmart. They come in a pack of three, and are 8" x 5". I used a piece of the now retired Pretty Peacock Card Stock for the base. The pretty paper is from the Fine Art Floral Paper Pack. This is retiring in a couple of days.

Measurements

Card Stock Base: 10 1/2" x 8". Score at 5 1/8", and 5 3/8"

Basic White Layer: 4 7/8" x 7 3/4"

Designer Paper Layer: 4 5/8" x 7 1/2"

Card Stock Band: 8 1/2" x 1 1/2". Score at 3 1/8", and 3 1/2"

Designer Paper For Band: 4 3/4" x 1 1/4"

Add the front layers to the card stock base as desired.

Glue the band to the middle of the back of the scored card stock base lining up the scored side on the right.

Glue the note pad to the right hand side of base. I used Tear & Tape.

Add a velcro dot to the side of the band. Wrap it around the front to add the other side. You can add pretty paper to the band if desired. 

Decorate, and personalize.

Stampin' Up! Post It Note Pads Plus Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek

Hello, and welcome! I have three cute Post It Note Pads for you today. They hold the standard size 3" x 3" notes. The one above was made with the new Harvest Hellos Stamp Set, and matching Apple Builder Punch. It will be available September 4, 2019. It comes with an apple, and a pumpkin that will punch out. The sentiment in the middle of the apple is included as well. Such a sweet set!


I used a piece of Pretty Peacock Designer Series Paper for the layer under the apple. Although you probably can't see it the Whisper White layer is embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder. The base is Pretty Peacock Card Stock. I finished it off with three dots from Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots. So Pretty!


These note pads were inspired by my Stampin' Up! Team Leader, Angie Juda. They all have the same measurements:



•  Cardstock base is 3 1/2" x 7 1/4"
•  Score at 3 1/2" on both sides
•  Designer Series Paper is 3" x 3"
•  Whisper White layer is 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"

My second note holder uses a piece of Terra Cotta Tile Designer Series Paper. The dog, and sentiment stamps are from Happy Tails. This set has a matching Dog Punch. The sentiment is punched out with the Classic Label Punch, and embellished with two of the 2019-2021 In Color Faceted Dots.

My last Post It Note Pad was made from one of the leftover flowers that I made for my large gift bag HERE. It also uses the Classic Label Punch for the sentiment. I stamped the sentiment from Good Morning Magnolia with the gorgeous Golden Glitz Delicata Ink Pad. It will be available in the new Holiday Catalog September 5, 2019.
