Stampin' Up! Friendly Wishes Card

I designed this card for an upcoming workshop. The hostess wanted me to  incorporate Washi Tape, and Twine. I wanted to come up with a more unique use of these materials, thus the butterflies, and the die cut Washi Tape.

I stamped the sentiment first, added two lines of tape, then cut out the image with one of the new Lots of Labels Framelits Dies. I stamped the sentiment again on a piece of Whisper White, colored it with a Calypso Coral Stampin' Write Marker, then simply adhered it on top of the other. I covered the existing heart with one from the Neutrals Sequins Pack. The whole tag is popped with Dimensionals on one of our Crumb Cake Note Cards.

The cute butterflies are easy to make. I wound the twine around a fork about 12 times, then took another piece of twine to tie through the middle tine for the antennae. They came out cute.

I have a Hostess Code for online orders. It is:  Y3NEDMRZ.  Please do not use the code if your order reaches $150 as the benefits will go directly to you.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
