Hello, and welcome. I created this card using the Cup Of Tea Bundle along with one of matching Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes. I followed the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #146. You can see it on YouTube HERE. These were the parameters:

4. In The Background
I used one of the Poppy colored Tea Boutique Cards for the base, The Basic White Layer is cut out with a die from the Scalloped Contours set. The designer series paper strip is 3 1/2 x 1". I stamped the tea cup with Garden Green on Parakeet Party. The background leaves are Garden Green, and the small flowers Poppy Parade. I stamped the lemon base in So Saffron, and added a Daffodil Delight Die cut on top. It was a fun card to make.
