How about making some easy Fun Fold Cards that are Notecard size in minutes. They come out lightweight, and will fit in a Medium Envelope - easy to mail. I posted about these easy cards a month ago HERE.
The critters are all cut out from the Zoo Crew 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper. There's a matching die set for some of the critters, but the images can easily be cut out by hand. I added just a touch of color to a couple of them using Stampin' Blends. The bright paper layers come from Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. Both of these paper packs are on sale for 15% off during the month of June.
The sentiments are from Circle Sayings, and punched out with the 2 3/8" Circle Punch.
The Just a Note sentiments are from Go To Greetings for the two cards above. The music notes are from the Sweet Songbird stamp set, but could easily be hand drawn.
All of the Basic Black Card Bases are embossed with the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder.
These cards are quick, and easy to make! The Basic White card is a smaller notecard size that is glued to a standard A2 Card Base. Here are the measurements:
Card Base: 5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
White Card: 3-1/4" x 9" scored in half at 4-1/2"
Solid Card Stock Layer: 3" x 4 1/4"
Designer Series Paper Layer: 2-3/4" x 4"
