I love a good card-making challenge, especially when it helps me create multiple cards from my supplies! This month, I followed the August 2026 Sheetload of Cards from Call Me Crafty Al and created 8 handmade cards using the cutting guide and measurements provided.
Alicia from Call Me Crafty Al releases a free printable on the first of each month with the cutting guide and measurements needed to create that month's cards. The following day, she shares a video showing how she puts the cards together. You can access the free printable by following the instructions in her YouTube video.
For my August cards, I used:
- Bloom Boutique Specialty Designer Series Paper
- Hydrangea Hue Card Stock
- Thick Basic White Card Stock
- Scalloped Blooms Bundle
- 2026–2028 In Color Butterflies
I love how the coordinating patterned paper and Hydrangea Hue cardstock make these cards come together so beautifully. The Scalloped Blooms Bundle adds a pretty floral touch, while the 2026–2028 In Color Butterflies add just the right amount of embellishment.
One of my favorite things about this Sheetload is that the finished cards are square, yet they fit into a standard A2-size envelope, making them easy to mail without needing a specialty envelope.
Eight Cards from One Sheetload
Following Alicia's cutting guide made it easy to create eight cards with a coordinated look while still giving each card its own personality. This is a great way to make a collection of cards for your stash—or to create several cards when you need multiples.
