Hello, and welcome. I actually made this card last December. Stampin' Up! had a contest for demonstrators going to Leadership Conference held back in January. The only requirement was to use Paper Pumpkin stamps. One of my cards was selected as a winner, but all four of my entries were on display. The dotted circles and the sentiment came from past Paper Pumpkin kits.
I have been a Paper Pumpkin subscriber since they first came out over two years ago. That means I currently have 24 stamp sets that I can enjoy using. I store them in our plastic stamp cases, but they're not as accessible as I would like them to be. I have an organizing idea in mind so I hope it works. I will share that idea with you when I'm finished.
