Memory Making Monday - Recipe Pages

Happy Memory Making Monday. I made this wonderful recipe holder a couple of years ago. I've been tucking new recipes into blank page holders. You can see them peeking out of the right hand side. Recently I ran across a few very special recipes, and knew I wanted them in this holder. This project is now included with my to do list as far as my memory making goals are concerned.

I am keeping the pages fairly simple, and mostly flat. I had my Tin of Cards Kit, and stamps nearby, so I used a few on these pages. So far I have completed 4 pages, and I'm happy with that for today. A lot of my recipes are hand written by the people that created them. One from my grandmother, is stained, and smudged, but it's her handwriting. That makes it even more special. The third photo shows a recipe by a dear friend of mine that I met my first year of teaching in 1983. She has passed away. I knew the butterfly would be perfect, may she rest in peace.

Don't forget the Stampin' Up! Retirement Sale. Items are only available while supplies last. It ends May 31. Go to my online store to see all the fabulous offerings.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.
