Love Cats Valentine Cards

Hello, and welcome! I used the cute Love Cats Stamp Set to create today's cards. The set contains six stamps, and is sure easy to work with.

The card layout is a classic. Change the images, and papers, and you'll get a totally different look. I started with an A2 Strawberry Sorbet Card Base. The Basic White layer is 5 1/4" x 4", embossed with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder. The Strawberry Sorbet strip is 4 3/4" x 2. The paper from Country Gingham is 4 1/2" x 1 3/4". I used the Layering Circles Dies for the image. The sentiment is cut out from one of the dies from the Beautiful Shapes Die Set. I colored the little heart with a Strawberry Sorbet Blend. The inside Basic White layer is 5 1/4" x 4". The cat on the inside is stamped with Strawberry Sorbet.

I simplified the sketch for my next card because I am making a bunch to donate to our local Senior Center. The card base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". Next I have a piece of Basic White that is 5 1/4" x 8", scored in half at 4" to make the card. The heart paper (from my stash), measures 4 3/4" x 2". I stamped directly on the card front. The cat is mounted on a piece of glitter paper (also from my stash), that was punched out with the Decorative Circle Punch.

The card above uses an oldie, but goody, stamp set called Bella And Friends. It retired a long time ago, but  shows how you can get a completely different look using different supplies.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
