I made this card following the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #163 featuring Cathy Zielske as the guest. You can see it on YouTube HERE. I used the Taco Fiesta Stamp for the festive images, and the Alphabest Stamp Set for the tags. It coordinates with the Best Label Punch.
I started out with a Thick Basic White Card Base. The Lemon Lolly striped paper is a piece from the Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. The next Basic Black layer was die cut with a rectangle die. The Real Red, and Basic White focal layers were cut from some dies from my stash.
I masked the taco so that the Chili,and the Cactus would be behind it, and used Stampin' Blends to color the images.
Chili - Light Real Red, Garden Green
Taco - Light Lemon Lolly, Light Parakeet Party
Cactus - Light Old Olive, Dark Real Red, Dark Lemon Lolly
These were the parameters:

2. Colors - Rose Garden
3. Element - May
4. Random - Masking
