I made this card following the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #170 featuring Vicki Ruta as the guest. You can see it on YouTube HERE. I used the Beautiful Balloons Bundle. The cute pooch was fussy cut from a piece of the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper.
