I made this card following the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #210 featuring Carrie Rhoades as the guest. You can see it on YouTube HERE. I used the retiring Reach for the Stars Bundle. The Stargazing paper is also retiring. I cased this card from an On Stage swap card I received by Meri Hafen.
The card is a Wiper Card. There are numerous tutorials on YouTube for this Fun Fold.

4. Random - Oval
