Hello, and welcome! Today I am featuring some of the colorful papers from the Playing With Patterns 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Pack. This card looks much more complicated than it really is. The rays are cut from 1 1/2" x 6" pieces that are then cut on the diagonal. Start by gluing the middle piece on a 5 1/4" x 4" Whisper White layer and go from there. The pieces will hang over the edge, but can be trimmed away once you get them all in place. Leave about a 1/8" border between the rays.
The pretty decorative circle die is from the Tasteful Labels Die Set. It's on a little bit larger piece of Calypso Coral cut with one of the Layering Circles Dies. The sentiment from Under My Umbrella Stamp Set is stamped in Bumblebee Ink. The little butterfly is from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set, and punched out with the coordinating Butterfly Duet Punch. I finished it off with a Cinnamon Cider Enamel Dot, then tied a piece of the Bumblebee In Color Ribbon around the card. It's a nice, happy looking card.
