Playing In The Rain For Craft Roulette Episode 153

Hello, and welcome. I created this card using the sentiment from the Playing In The Rain Stamp Set. The piece of paper from the Rain Or Shine designer paper is from the same suite. The Basic White layer is die cut with a couple of the Framed Florets Die Set, and embossed with the now retired Subtle Embossing Folder.  I followed the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #153.
