Project Tuesday Altered Picture Frame

It's Tuesday, and that means another fabulous challenge for you from all the creative gals at Project Tuesday. This week's challenge is an altered picture frame. Think of all the possibilities! I chose to leave my frame for it's original purpose - for a photo, but check out the other design team members creations, and let the inspiration guide you.

I purchased the wooden frame for a steal of a deal at our local craft store when it was 50% off. (It was uggggly, so it was no wonder it was on sale). To transform it I covered it with SU Sending Love DSP. I used Sticky Strip rather than Mod Podge to adhere the paper. The letters were cut from these huge leftover chipboard tags I've had for ages by Pizzazzill. I used the SU Alphabet Simple Letters Dies to cut the letters. That purchase was thanks to Jody, as we just made the most marvelous Spring Frame recently, and used those dies. She calls herself the ribbon addict, but she could easily be called the Enabler Queen...LOL. The ribbon is one of my favorites. It's the SU Whisper White Organza Ribbon. The flowers are by K & Company, and the butterflies by Sticko. I had a lot of fun creating this frame for a birthday gift coming up in May. I know I'll be making more in the future.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.
