Project Tuesday Flower Pot Card

Flowers are blooming all over at Project Tuesday and are they ever beautiful! All of the Project Tuesday gals have out done themselves with this cute project. There is a great tutorial for you that is so easy to follow, and so rewarding.

My Flower Pot Card was made for my mother in law for Mother's Day. I used SU card stock. The flowers are cut out with Spellbinders dies. I inked the edges, and folded them up with my fingers to make them more dimensional. The bird was cut out with the new Large Two Step Bird Punch. I used the Little Leaves, and Beautiful Butterflies Sizzlet dies. The inside sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Set, and the inside border was stamped in Rich Razzleberry using a stamp from Pendant Park. The ribbon is also Rich Razzleberry.

This card came out much bigger than I thought it would. Now I just have to make a matching envelope before Mother's Day. I'm keeping it where I can see it for now because it reminds me that Spring will soon be here.

Have a "blooming" good day!
