Z Fold Easel Cards

Hello, and welcome! Today I have two Z Fold Cards. They are pretty easy to make, and stand up on their own with the help of the sentiment, and Z Fold. I used products from the cute Rain Or Shine Suite for the first card.

These cards will fold flat for mailing, and fit into a regular medium envelope.

Here's a close look at the whole Rain Or Shine Suite Collection. It's item #160556, and can be ordered all together for $85.25

The Rain Or Shine 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper is super cute. Some of the dies work directly on the paper, and they aren't too hard to fussy cut. The paper itself is item #160540, and is $15.

I used the On The Ocean Stamp Set for my second card. The paper is from the Waves Of The Ocean 12" x 12" Paper Pack.

Start with a 4-1/4 x 11 inch piece of card stock for the base. Score the 11-inch side at 2-3/4 and 5-1/2 inches. Accordion fold the score sections onto each other. You have just created a z fold card which we will use as the base of this easel card.

Cut a 3-3/4 x 10 inch piece of cardstock for the top folding card that is inside the base. Score the 10 inch side, in half, at 5 inches. Fold the cardstock and adhere one of the 3-3/4 x 5 inch sections to the inside section of the z fold card. The front flap of the cardstock will rest on the front flap of the z fold section. Create a little greeting and adhere it to the z fold flap, as shown, with a few dimensionals. The front section of the cardstock will rest behind the greeting to create an easel style card.

I hope you will try one of these cards for yourself. They are so fun to display!
