I made this card following the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #173 featuring Charlene Madrid as the guest. You can see it on YouTube HERE. I used papers from the Let's Go Fishing Designer Series Paper Pack. The sentiment is from Circle Sayings cut with one of the Nested Essentials dies. I had the pre-made Window Card in my stash. I stamped the bottom border with the Paper Clip stamp from the Craft Roulette, The Basics Stamp Set.
