I made this card following the parameters set from Craft Roulette, Episode #186 featuring Nicki Baxley as the guest. You can see it on YouTube HERE. I used retired designer papers from the Tropical Oasis pack along with the In The Tropics Die Set. The flowers, and leaves were colored with Stampin' Blends.
