CASE-ing Tuesday #536 with the Branching Out Bundle ๐ŸŒฟ

 Hi everyone!

I’m excited to share my latest projects for the CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch Challenge #536! If you’re not familiar, CASE-ing Tuesday is a fun Facebook challenge group that chooses a Stampin’ Up!® sample sketch every two weeks—complete with measurements—to inspire your creativity.

This week, I used the beautiful Branching Out Bundle to create two nature-inspired cards, both with slightly different takes on the sketch (I even flipped the design for my second one!).

๐Ÿƒ Card One – Nests of Winter & Birch Texture

For my first card, I started with a background layer from the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper Pack, which I embossed using the Birch Embossing Folder for a subtle woodland texture.

The little bird was carefully cut from one of the DSP sheets—it adds such a sweet, natural touch!

I stamped the branch in Early Espresso, the fir tufts in Shaded Spruce, and added pinecones die-cut from Pecan Pie cardstock. The berries are in Real Red, and the pine tufts are Shaded Spruce for that rich, wintery depth.

This card feels cozy and festive—perfect for the upcoming holiday season!

๐ŸŒฒ Card Two – Peaceful Greenery with a Twist

For my second card, I decided to invert the sketch for a fresh look. The background layer is embossed with the Peaceful Greenery Embossing Folder on Mossy Meadow cardstock, which gives such gorgeous texture and tone-on-tone elegance.

I used Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie to stamp the images directly on the Basic Beige die-cut from the Branching Out Dies—a perfect neutral for highlighting stamped details.

The sentiment banner features two brand-new Online Exclusive products available starting November 4th:

  • ๐Ÿท️ Banner Sayings Stamp Set

  • ๐ŸŽ‰ Three Banner Punch

Both are absolute must-haves! I can already tell these will become regulars in my craft lineup—you’ll be seeing them again soon.

๐Ÿ’Œ Join the Fun!

If you haven’t joined the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook group, I highly recommend it! The sketches are inspiring, the community is welcoming, and it’s a great way to stretch your creative muscles.

Thanks for stopping by today! I’d love to know—which card do you like best, the embossed Winterly Bird or the peaceful greenery version? Drop a comment below and let me know!

Until next time, happy stamping!
